Dionsaye did an excekkent job in his evluatiin of my dryer and we agreed on replacement parts. Parts were ordered, and repairs were made in a timely manner. Excellent job. I reccomend on future projects.

am writing regarding the washer repair at my home that began on February 3. When you initially came out, you diagnosed that the washer needed a new board because it was stuck in the wash cycle. At that time, I was quoted $50 for the board and $75 for the service visit. After not hearing from you for about a week, I reached out on February 9. You explained that the board you ordered was broken and had to be returned, and that you would be ordering another one. I followed up again on February 15 to check on the status, and did not receive a response until February 19. At that time, I was informed that the new board cost $223 and that I would need to pay an additional $200, bringing the total to $323. I am concerned because this is a significant increase from the original quote, and I was not notified or given approval before the price changed. I believe I should have been informed immediately once you knew the cost would increase by that amount. I am disappointed with the lack of communication throughout this process and would appreciate clarification on how the price increased so substantially without prior discussion.

I'm sorry we weren't able to do business as the price given reflected the total amount of your appliance part we were asked to get ASAP. We also reach out an hour prior to your appointments and can't send a tech out if we're only contacted back 10 mins prior to the confirmation time we gave.
