- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price/quote accordingly. We aim to beat the competition in Quality, timing and price. Please show us our competitors price and we will either match or beat it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First build a report, where I can obtain all pertinent information including scheduling a free on site consultation. I always arrive early and provide information and suggestions on cost efficient methods of tackling there project. Then we schedule a good time to start and complete each job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as Maintenance in residential, commercial, factories and corporate facilities in all facets of maintenance. I also have 150 certifications ranging from electrical-picture hanging.
