- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Process usually starts with scheduling a free estimate so we can both get a understanding of what will need to be done to compelete the job. Once decided on exactly what needs to be done a detailed quote will be written up and given to the customer. Upon agreement to hire TJ Flooring LLC will prepare a written contract stating the work to be done, when the work should be started and completed, and also the amount in which the job cost and payment terms.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I usually go to at least one class a year for the flooring trade. Dal-tile always has a good class with updates on the newest products
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was a kid I went on a job site with a friends dad and I've never left the job. Flooring became a passion for me and I always excelled with it all the way up to me starting my own business.
