- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important part is to develop a relationship so that the customer wants to spend time with me. There has to be some sort of connection and the customer needs to feel comfortable, otherwise it is not worth their money to train with me. Secondly, we need to perform an evaluation to determine where the customer is now based on their movement abilities, fitness and lifestyle. This is to maintain the safety of the client as well as to be used as a blueprint of program design to determine where they want to be in the future.

Read every day, constantly going to seminars, conferences and certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Always have been around athletics and wanted to help people reach their athletic (and fitness) goals.
