We needed a cleaning service last minute when we were moving out due to other people not being reliable. I contacted Fredrick and they sent someone with the hour to assess and give us a quote. They did such a good job my landlord who was inspecting the property, asked for their card.

Paul did an outstanding job in my house. I didn't realize how much needed to be cleaned until I saw what he did and how beautiful my house looked. I will absolutely utilize his services again.

Paul couldn't have done a better job cleaning our house. It needed a true deep clean. Dusting, mopping, windows, and some organizing. I have tried lots of different cleaning companies and I have never had someone do as thorough of a job as Paul. He moved every piece of furniture to clean under it and even picked up rugs to clean under those! He even cleaned out the vacuum after he was done using it (I asked him to use our vacuum since we're weird). He also did all of this without supervision and without breaks. My husband worked in his office in the basement and I was in and out running errands. He just arrived, got to work, did the best he could, and left. He was worth every penny and we will use him again regularly.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For maid service, we charge $35/h per cleaner. So we either send 1 or 2 cleaners based on schedule. Two people do the same amount of work in half the time. For carpet cleaning, please contact us for prices.
