Prompt reply and very confidence inspiring. A few emails concerning questions and a phone call and I will meet with Susan on Tuesday.
If I had called after the first email that may have helped quicken the process. However I also wanted to see how aggressive my business was gone after. Susan was only helpful and not like a shark smelling blood.
