Karla arrived on time with a variety of products and equipment to get the job done. She was polite and gave attention to the specific areas I asked to be cleaned. She took her time cleaning which I appreciate, over rushing to get in and out. I would have liked to communicate a little more with her about what her structure and plan was in the cleaning process, but I felt it was best to just let her take care of it. My home is nice and clean now, all thanks to Karla!
