We had a couple bumps along the way, but it was overall quality work at a very reasonable price.

They should find another line of work. I scheduled them to paint and took 2 vacation days to align with their committed time frame for coming to paint. They were a no show on the first day so I called Tony and he said he was headed over. He did not show and left me hanging all day and called around 5 saying he would have a full crew to start today. He called earlier with more excuses and did not show up again. I will now be using another painter and sending Tony a bill for my time that he has wasted. If he does not pay I will be taking him to small claims court. Please do not waste your time with this company. Based on my experience with him I will not use Thumbtack again and I would suggest that others refrain from using the site. This is the worst customer service and treatment that I can remember receiving.
