I had a storm door that was sagging and wasn't sure of the best remedy. Jon responded very quickly and, due to a change in his schedule, was able to stop by the same day. He was very pleasant, had a good working knowledge of the mechanisms at play, and was very upfront with pricing and conscientious about his billing. His fix was solid and effective.
