Bryan custom built a computer for my company and since ( 2 years) I haven't had one issue with it. He has also removed nasty viruses on of my personal laptop when other companies said my computer was shot and I needed a new one. Saved me nearly $1,000. I will only trust my computer to X-Treme IT as long as I'm in business.

This is the repair tech you only see once. He's fantastic; very knowledgeable and works to solution...and then it's fixed for good. Very impressed with X-Treme IT and Bryan. Reasonable, reliable and competent!

I've had numerous PC problems whether they were updates or losing files.y daughter has had similar issues. We took our computers to the Geek Squad among other people and X-treme IT fixed these issues in no time.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is not complicated at all. My charge is $80 for the first hour, then billed in half hour increments from there on out. This hourly rate is based on the level of expertise and knowledge that I can provide. TV mounting and Home Theater services will vary dependant on the type service being provided.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    The amount of knowledge and skill sets required to keep up with the latest trends and repairs, as well as having the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise during service.
