FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. In order to keep my certification, we are required to have X amount of CEU's each year. I also do a lot of reading and research so that I can stay abreast of new developments, scientific findings and helpful ways to encourage my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Cardio, strength training and conditioning, toning & shaping muscles, decreasing fat, boxing & martial arts training, sports specific training, flexibility and balance, weight loss & management, increasing confidence & self esteem, redirecting current lifestyles to a healthier lifestyle.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for references. Make sure you are absolutely honest with yourself and your prospective trainer about injuries, medical conditions, goals, expectations, and your exercise and eating habits. Goals can only be achieved through honesty and hard work. There are no short cuts. It could potentially take up to 90 days to see results. A personal trainer can only do so much. Clients must assume responsibility for achieving and maintaining desired results. That means carving out "me" time to workout on your own the days you're not with your trainer. Invest in yourself. You're worth every penny.
