- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends entirely on what you want done. For bigger landscaping jobs, we will typically divide out pricing up between labor costs and material costs so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for and why.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we make contact, the customer can either send us pictures of what they want done or we can show up and give them and estimate. After the estimate is agreed upon and payment (or deposit for bigger jobs) is made, we can do they work, more often than not the same day if desired.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Both Individual home owners and commercial property owners. We also have service contracts with several land lords and real estate agents to service and maintain their properties.
