Add Punctuality and Responsiveness to this review. Tim showed up exactly on time, brought his own equipment. He fid a FANTASTIC job, he cleared the driveway and sidewalk and used deicer. He came in short notice, i only contacted him the day before A great job and i would definitely use him again
