Hire Raze for weekly mowing this spring. Initially all went well - good communication and they showed up on Tuesdays as a agreed in April and May. Then in June they started not coming on Tuesdays and only letting me know when they would come when I asked. Mowing schedule moved to about every 10 days from 7, which left my lawn looking crazy for too long in June. Then in July the same inconsitency, but they also stopped responding to my messages asking when they’d show up. “Did they intend to mow on Fridays now?” “Hey my grass is looking crazy, when are you coming?” Silence! As of today, they have not mowed for almost 2 weeks with no communication. So I have decided to hire another company hoping for more consistent service and at least better communication! Very frustrating - I try to give the smaller companies my business, but unfortunately doing so requires a sacrifice in consistency and communication.

The guys from Raze showed up a little before expected and tackled my neglected yard like pros. They worked fast and efficiently and bagged and hauled away a truck full of grass clippings, pine needles, and other yard debris. There were a few tasks that weren’t addressed, but I also hadn’t specified those in particular—make sure you’re specific in your instructions/requests and they will do what you need them to do.

We offer fair pricing, doing reliable, professional work!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get basic info. for a quote. We will write an estimate and get it sent via Quickbooks. From there the customer can accept/decline. If accepted we can find a day that works best for the both of us schedule wise.
