- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer first a phone call interaction, where I can get to know my client and we can see each other as people. Next, I like to schedule a bridal trial where we get together, and collaborate on what the bride would like and what I can do to execute that. The trial is also where I find out their skin type, any allergies they may have, products they currently use, and offer suggestions on what they can do to prep their skin for the big day. After that, we stay in touch, checking in, until the big day.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Makeup has been my passion for many years, and yes, I went through the awkward stages of being unsure and using the wrong products on myself. Over the years I've gained knowledge and experience on what works on who.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with brides of all ages, teens for prom and senior photos, and models for campaign and editorial work.
