They arrived told me everthing that would happen. I asked for changes for the retention portion, undated items were created and installed quickly. Great group to have work done by.
The guys were great! They weren’t able to finish the job the first day because of the weather but they made sure to come back a few days later and get everything finished. There’s been no more water in my living room since! ☺️

Bucklew Basement and Waterproofing was a complete joy to work with! Travis was professional and listened to what we needed to have done. The crew they sent out treated our family with respect, and we're clear about expectations.
We initially only needed a small block repair, but we also had a chimney crown repaired as well as adding a couple of glass block windows.
Travis answered all of my questions quickly and and completely before starting the job. Everyone I spoke with at the company was professional, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend them!
Travis and his crew did an excellent on the basement block windows. He also went above and beyond by recommending certain things I could do on my own to help protect the livable space in the basement from moisture related issues. I had a wonderful experience with Bucklew Basement for a walk-out egress project. It was a huge undertaking and they did my project even better than I could have imagined. Honest and fair pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we find a convenient time to come look at the project. We will meet with you and discuss your concerns and talk to you about how we will go about your project. We aren't a "one call close" company so there is not any pressure. Once you are ready, we will get you on the schedule and come do the project. We take pride in good work, including cleanup.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Travis actually started off taking vocational classes in high school. He then worked with other companies over the years honing his talent. While doing so he put himself through business classes. Once the time was right, he started his own company.
