I got connected to Jonny through a referral from another great contractor, Gruntz, LLC.We hired Moos Def to drywall our kitchen and dining room as part of a larger remodeling project. It was about 1,100 sq ft of work. Everything went very well in the end and I'm very happy with the work.The extras were certainly appreciated, too. For example, because we were still living in our home, care was taken to keep dust to a minimum and where it escaped, it was quickly cleaned up. This kind of whatever it takes to get it done, done right, and keep the customer happy approach is awesome.We did run into a few minor issues and the same whatever it takes attitude to correct it, even if it requires rework, paid off in the end. Jonny was on site to supervise, even without asking, so he was always aware as to what was going on.It's refreshing to work with someone like Jonny who cares about getting it done right and keeping the customer happy.

We are very pleased with an exterior paint job we just had completed. We had our front door, window shutters, and front porch railing repainted. Everything looks fresh and clean again! A small issue we discovered later on was taken care of promptly. We feel that the job was done for a reasonable price as well. We plan to be repeat customers!

Not everything went perfectly, rarely does it in construction, but Jonny was on top of the communication the entire time. Which does seem to be a rare quality these days. I love the finished work and greatly appreciate the good communication throughout.

Our pricing is based on experience and skill.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with the free consultation. Once the contract is signed that’s when the real work starts. I am known to make multiple trips bringing color swatches to my clients. This insures they will love their new make over of their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started In construction at a mere 18 yrs of age. I have worked many different positions in the construction field. Starting out as a laborer, working with a master stone mason, Project Managing large projects for a local GC here in Columbus OH to now owning my own company. I do believe what sets me apart from other Painters is that I have a BFA from Columbus College of Art and Design . This just gives me the ability to guide my clients through their color and design choices for their projects. Not only that Moos Def is not just a painting company we offer many services in different trades.
