Once a customer reaches out, we gather a few details about the move, confirm availability, and outline expectations clearly before scheduling. On moving day, our crew arrives on time, works efficiently, and communicates throughout the process to ensure everything goes smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from years of hands-on experience in the moving industry, including professional work with Berger Moving & Storage. We’ve been trained on proper lifting techniques, furniture protection, loading strategy, and efficient moving practices through real-world jobs.
