Luke has done an amazing job for me! I signed up with him imediately after joining the gym and have experienced a dramatic improvement. I have just completed 24 sessions with him and signed up for more. His knowledge and technique have pushed me further than I ever expected! I never could have acheived this much on my own. You really need to try a session and see for your self!

The guidance from Luke was just what I needed. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and not seeing the results I was hoping for. Luke introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more ârealâ, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I've been training with Luke for around two months and I've achieved so much in that time. At the age of 45, I have gone from 143 pounds to 126 and lost over 5% body fat. He seems to have a knack for knowing what I'm capable of and doesn't let me slack off. He gives you just enough leeway to keep you focussed but not enough that you're not pushing yourself to finish the set. He's fun to work with, great for results and a truly excellent trainer. I would recommend him to anyone who needs to get focussed and stay focussed. Nothing like the sense of achievement you get when you finish one of Lukeâs sessions
