Michelle, of Disarray Doctor, was so responsive when I inquired about her company's services. I was in a time crunch for assistance with organizing my newly renovated kitchen, asking for help in just a couple of days of my inquiry, and she made it happen!! Jess came first to assess what the job would be, then came the next day with her colleague Jamie and they got to work. They are amazing! They are productive and efficient and remarkable fast, if that's the pace that's comfortable for the client. They always ask for consent about their thoughts on organizing. They introduced ways of categorizing items with real logic and a practical sense of access. And they were so fun!! I recommend Disarray Doctor highly and Jess and Jamie are tops!!

I can’t say enough. They packed everything, cleaned my apartment, got my movers for me, and handled the unpacking of my essentials. It has made the moving process so refreshing I can’t even begin to thank them enough.

I have been using Michele since 2021! If I could give her 100 stars I would. Michele is quick, efficient, and has helped me let go of so much, both physically and emotionally. Originally, I hired her because I started an organization project, but I quickly got overwhelmed. Michele stepped right in and helped immediately.
Michele does much more than just organization. For example, I referred Michele to my very organized mother (as a matter of fact, Michele said my mother's home was the most organized she had ever seen for a client), but needed some home office furniture removed and documents boxed for shredding. My mother was so impressed with Michele that she now hires her to help maximize space, thus creating a better flow.
We both continue to use Michele's services to this day! Our current project is helping prepare my mom's house for when we move in with her this summer.
A previous review said, "Michele has more energy than 10 toddlers on donut day", and boy they weren't kidding! Do yourself a favor, and hire Michele! You won't be disappointed!

I hired the Disarray Doctors to help my husband pack up our 2 bed 2 bath apartment before an accelerated interstate move (I was already out of state). Setting up the appointment was easy, and they were flexible when we had a change in plans. The team member we worked with, Faith, was incredibly helpful and was happy to pack and sort things on her own, which really sped up the process. Getting ready to move is stressful, but having the Disarray Doctors around really helped.

I cannot say enough good things about Jessica with The Disarray Doctor! I’m in the middle of moving from Ohio back to Georgia and needed help packing, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She is incredibly fast, efficient, and organized! She packed up my 650 sq ft apartment in under 4 hours. It made such a stressful process feel easy.
