- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing by the square footage of the property, amount of people needed for the cleaning job and the condition of the property. 10% off senior citizen discount 10% off Essential Worker discount All rates are quoted over phone and via email with a Quote Form. No switch and bait prices, price will be determined prior to the start of the cleaning job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Palmer & Palmer Cleaning process for working with new customers consists of... 1. Conduct a free in home, zoom, or phone consultation to verify the project and complete a Consultation Intake Form. 2. Create a unique cleaning plan that fits for our new customers based on the Consultation Intake Form. 3. Schedule and confirm a Service date for project completion. 4. Complete walk through to ensure specified work complete and work meets expectation. 5. Collect payment and request feedback or survey for quality assurance. ****NOTE: Cleaning services should be requested 2 weeks or more before the desired date, if cleaning desired dates are within a week or less an Immediate Request Fee will be charged. We will do our best to contact customers as soon as request come in but if we don't hear back after a week of contacting; we will assume you have completed your cleaning request.
