I’ve been training clients in the Columbus, OH area for over 2 years following my own personal health and fitness transformation in which I dropped from 283 lbs. down to a lean and strong 220 lbs. Personal Training

Tonight was my first workout w/Eric, and we got off to a great start. Though this first session was a bit abbreviated (paperwork to complete), Eric promised we'd get a good workout in, and that's exactly what happened. I can already see that our training partnership is only going to get better over time, and look forward to all he's gonna do to get me ready for softball, and in general, keeping this 56 year old brotha fit, functional, and healthy.

Eric did a great job helping me overcome my lack of confidence in the gym through gradual education on technique and form, while making the exercises fun and enjoyable. Eric’s upbeat attitude made training with him a really positive experience, and the continued emphasis on reaching personal goals helped me approach the gym with a much different attitude than the past. I would highly recommend training with him for both beginner weightlifters, and experienced lifters looking to reach a new level!

Eric is a great motivator. Eric takes time to explain each exercise; which muscles are being worked and strengthen. Eric is concerned about not pushing you further than what your body can take; but when you are ready for the next level, it is on. I started my training with Eric in March 2019; I can feel and see the change in my body overall. Thanks so much Eric for the great training sessions.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Pricing is available either monthly or quarterly depending on the number of sessions that best fit your goals (2, 3, or 4 days per week). There are additional discounts offered for quarterly payment (billed once every 3 months) and for longer term commitments.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will set up a quick 30-45 minute consultation call in order to get to know each other a little better and make sure we're a good fit. After our consultation you'll feel confident that I'm the trainer for you and we'll plan our first session and get to work. It's quick, efficient, and helps us get going!

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
