Melisa Greenberg has taken excellent care of our 17-month-old yellow lab, Sammy, on multiple occasions. Melisa isn't the average pet sitter; she goes above and beyond to provide extra love, care, and attention that one cannot find at a large boarding facility. Leaving Sammy in Melisa's care is like leaving a child with his/her grandparent. It is always a comforting feeling to know that Sammy is happy and content while we are away. She sends us videos, pictures, and text message updates about his daily activities. She talks to him, interacts with him, and gives him oodles of one-on-one attention. Sometimes they venture to dog parks, sometimes they hike in the woods, and other times they walk in our neighborhood. Sammy is always wagging his tail and up for an adventure with Melisa. I honestly think he is depressed when vacation care ends!! Not only is it evident that Melisa has a genuine love for animals, she also exudes professionalism to the highest standard. She is bonded and insured with over a decade's experience in the Columbus corporate world. Melisa is punctual, trustworthy, serious about her clients and scheduled appointments, and most of all, she delivers unmatched customer service. It is without a doubt that we will continue to use Melisa for dog walking and vacation care and Sammy will continue to adore her playful attention and cuddle time.
