What do you love about your job?

One of the best things I like about my job is the diversity. There is always something new and different consequently, and I am always learning and growing. It is a very interesting challenge to create income for the owners and at the same time serve the tenants in a manner that allows this to happen. It is also very rewarding to assist the tenants with their needs and rewarding to see property owners be successful.

What or who inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to start investing in residential real estate, so I thought I would do some property management to find out how to do it properly. I liked it, so I have stuck with it.

The buyer will need to qualify for financing from a lender. * Retail purchase – Qualify for financing with a lender and attain a loan. Buyer puts down up to 3-5 % of the purchase price as down payment. * Credit repair - It's the process of working with creditors and credit bureaus to enhance a person's credit report as a way of improving their FICO credit score. The steps needed to improve a person's credit may be performed by some type of credit repair agency or a single person. These steps usually include analyzing all the debt that a person has acquired and then creating a plan to eliminate or reduce the debt. Credit repair is especially significant to people who are trying to get better credit options including competitive interest rates.
