Harmons Roofing was very responsive and professional. They were very detailed about what the job may entail and provided an estimate of the cost. Once the job was completed, they walked me through each step of what they did. They tested the repairedroof to make sure it was not leaking. They also decreased the estimated price based on the one thing that did not have to be done. I would hire Harmons for other jobs.

Excellent experience. He replaced pipe flashing around 2 furnace vent pipes. Looks great, and spent the time needed to fit the replacement shingles for a neat job. Very happy to get this fixed in one day and before a forecasted rain storm. Will call again for any roofmaintenance in the future.

Great experience with Matt. Called him out for a small issue and he caught some other issues we had and fixed them. Good communication and easy to talk to.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide free inspections and estimates. Pricing is not hourly but based on the amount of materials I will need, and the level of difficulty.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was between jobs and didn’t want to jump into anything I wasn’t going to love. I went into the interview for the position of roof sales rep. Instantly, I knew I choose the right industry. The company I was with taught you exactly how to install roofing systems and properly make repairs before they send you out into the field. About 8 months in I started taking repairs on the side, learning more craftsmanship skills along the way.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I recently completed a ridge cap repair over over a ridge vent. The pitch was about an 8/12. I didn’t have my nail gun so I to hand nail about 3 bundles of ridge cap shingles. It was a beautiful day with a great view so I didn’t mind being up there a little longer. Repair went great! The homeowner asked me to come back and price out additional repairs.
