I've known Sarah for a while and kept debating having her train me but put it off until the beginning of this summer and I wish I didn't wait so long! She is knowledgable and extremely dedicated to each one of her clients. She wants to make sure everyone is successful and is available for questions whenever. I have seen notable progress in myself even in the short time she's been training me. One example being my mile time getting cut by 2 minutes. I had been bouldering (rock climbing no ropes) for a few months before I asked Sarah to train me and started progressing faster there as well once I started with Sarah! She is always positive and upbeat and makes this fun. I can't say enough great things about her!

Sarah went above and beyond as a personal trainer, from giving out her personal phone number so clients could keep her updated on at home workouts, their food they have been eating, or simply text her if they needed that pep talk or extra push, to going to the grocery store with her clients to physically show them the right things to be eating during the journey. Sarah is a trainer you are able to bond with on a personal level because she has experienced the type of weight issues most people struggle with before she began her own fitness journey... ultimately giving her the powerful outlook she now has daily on life; which is something I specifically looked for when searching for a trainer -someone who has been in my shoes and someone who was able to rise above and transform which in return was able to help me do the same, as well. Whether you're looking to simply lose weight, build muscle, tone, or just overall become a more healthy and vibrant individual... you will not go wrong with Sarah Manns! I highly recommend her.

I just can't stop smiling when I think of the progress I've made in the past few months while working out with Sarah! I was always that really unhealthy girl, I was always complaining and finding excuses to not push myself to what I knew could bring me happiness. The truth is that my depressive, unhealthy way of living was what I found "comfortable". Then I first met Sarah and the first thing I noticed about her is how happy, healthy and CONFIDENT she is. Then I thought, "I want to be just like her!" I want to get that confidence, that energy and that passion that drivers her to follow her dreams. Now here I am three months later being in the best shape I have ever been and happy like I never thought I could be. I would not be where I am today without Sarah's constant inspiration and what a difference it has made in my life.

Everyone is always nervous to start personal training. I know I was. I didn't want to be embarrassed. Sarah is wonderful with accommodating the workouts to your skill level while still pushing your limits. I was not on trained, I was also educated on what I was doing for my body. All the workouts were explained to me. All the questions I asked were answered. She is available to me 24/7 and I love that. She is not only the MOST positive person to be around, but also the most motivational. I personally believe that she is the best of the best in her profession. She gives each and every client her undivided attention. She isn't in this for any reason other than wanting to help people achieve their health and fitness goals. I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. :)
