- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ALWAYS reading and applying my knowledge to my clients. I am constantly on forums, reading articles, and researching programs. The fitness industry is a very fast moving and changing world. Fitness is also not a "one size fits all" so it is very important to have the knowledge to fit everyone's needs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a fitness transformation of my own starting at 180 pounds to now 135 (I was 125 until I put on 10 pounds of muscle). A private gym heard about how I transformed my life and how I was helping others and I was hired on the spot! I have been training ever since (2 years ago).
