- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important issue is to build trust and be respectable of their current abilities. Show them what they are doing right and how you can work together to improve their skills. Respect their background and cultural differences. I always offer a one-hour free face-to-face meeting, where we can exchange ideas and observe where I can help them the most.
