We recently hired Columbus Windows & Siding to replace the siding and windows on our house (they also installed gutter guards as well). When we first talked to Doug, we liked that he was not pushy and was very informative about the window and siding product. On the install day, the installers accidentally removed siding that we had not planned to have replaced, but they were very responsive to our concerns and ended up replacing that siding for us without additional cost to us (as it was an error on their end). This did cause the project to be delayed slightly, but we appreciated the responsiveness to the issue. Overall, while there was a bump in the road, Columbus Windows and Siding listened to our concerns and took swift action to fix the problem. They turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one!

CWS just finished wrapping the majority of our wood trim and did a great job. The team was timely and cleaned up everything. After a couple bad experiences trying to get our trim issues resolved, Doug and team were a breath of fresh air. Nicely done.

They tore off and put on 33 square in about 9 hours. Looks great. I was really impressed with clean up and quality of work. I appreciate all of Jeff Harts work with my insurance. Due to the age of my old roof, they were only going to cover 25% of the new roof. When the smoke cleared, he got over 50% of it covered. We are incredibly grateful.
