Excellent job! We got High quality windows and thought we’d be hit with a huge price tag, but it was so affordable we had to jump on it! They got installed quickly and come with lifetime warranty. What more could you want? I’m thinking of hiring for siding next. Great business

We recently hired Columbus Windows & Siding to replace the siding and windows on our house (they also installed gutter guards as well). When we first talked to Doug, we liked that he was not pushy and was very informative about the window and siding product. On the install day, the installers accidentally removed siding that we had not planned to have replaced, but they were very responsive to our concerns and ended up replacing that siding for us without additional cost to us (as it was an error on their end). This did cause the project to be delayed slightly, but we appreciated the responsiveness to the issue. Overall, while there was a bump in the road, Columbus Windows and Siding listened to our concerns and took swift action to fix the problem. They turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive one!

Due to a significant hail storm in late June my roof, gutters, fascia, soffit, screens, shutters and siding needed replaced. There were several holes in my siding, and dents all over my gutters and trim. So after the storm, I contacted a handful of full siding companies. However none of them came across as being easy to deal with, and they weren't really listening to my concerns either. But when I contacted Columbus Windows and siding, the owner Doug immediately listened to all my concerns before asking questions and giving advise. He then came to my house on the same day I called, and he looked over the entire house before providing recommendations. As such, I did go with his recommendations and my house looks great again. The siding crew was very competent and true craftsmen. And needless to say, all the other crews were equally as competent too.I now have a fifty year roof warranty, a lifetime limited warranty on the siding products. And of course the house looks spectacular!

Columbus Windows and Siding Company's reply

Dwain, your home looks fantastic! The color palette you chose looks great. You certainly have an eye for colors. The insurance company covered the roof and the front of the home. After speaking with the insurance company about the siding, with the homeowners' help, we were able to get the whole home covered under the insurance claim. The GAF Pewter grey HDZ dimensional shingle looks great with the white Alside Odyssey Dutch-lap siding, new gutters, and trim. Because you opted for an upgraded warranty from GAF you will have no worries for years to come.
