They were able to have someone come out same day and he was very knowledgeable and thorough with the diagnostics process and helped replaced outlets same day with a lot of pictures and documentation. He provided three options for estimates based on the work.

I gave Apex a five-star simply because the technician that arrived was awesome with his professionalism very easy to communicate with and he was very people customer oriented. unfortunately because of their extreme high prices I was unable to hire them because charging me $400 and $36 just to install a sink drain. I decided to do it myself from watching YouTube and I was able to get it done within 10-15 minutes at the cost of $12. The charge of $1250 to install a pedestal sink was to costly for me. Although the technician provided a very thorough explanation of the installation process. I decided to sell my brand new pedestal sink and go back to a vanity cabinet sink because I can install it myself. 10 star for Apex's professional demeanor.
