Excellent, efficient and timely service. They inspected my old water heater on Tuesday and installed a new one on Wednesday. Brian was the installation tech and I found him to be personable, willing to answer my questions and explain the operation and maintenance of the new water heater. They weren't the lowest bid, but they were the first to say they wanted an on-site inspection before giving me a price. I would highly recommend this company. They are professional, knowledgeable and apparently well-respected in the Central Ohio area for the way they do business.

Try offering information about the service that was requested instead of asking the potential client to pay you a non-refundable $29 deposit before you will provide a quote or explain why you should be chosen for the job (why would I hire a company called TubMaster to install a water heater?). Maybe you are the best water heater installer in the city but your company name certainly doesn’t reflect that and I would NEVER pay you 29 non-refundable dollars for you to “sell” me on your services. Ridiculous! There is no way I would use or recommend this vendor.

Gabriel is one of the good ones! We needed a new water heater. After getting delays and high quotes from a couple of area plumbers, I found Gabriel was highly recommended on Nextdoor. Even though it was after 5pm, he responded quickly, provided a very competitive quote, and made space in his schedule to get our warm water back within 24 hours. He offered pricing to install a pre-purchased water heater or he could bring a new one with him. We were thrilled with the price and availability, but when some unexpected issues came up with the old water heater, we were blown away at how professional, thorough and industrious Gabriel was. I'm sure he stayed longer than he had planned to make sure everything worked correctly, but he didn't increase his price over the original quote. 5 ⭐s!!!

I highly recommend Dave. He's very honest and professional. Dave was very quick to respond to my water heater issue. He even took the time to take my call on a Sunday and explained all aspects of the project including local permits that would be needed. He showed up the following morning, evaluated the situation and provided me an estimate. He even took the time to break down each cost and explain it so I could compare, if needed, against competitors. We shook hands and Dave removed the old heater and installed the new one that afternoon. It has improved our water pressure, temperature and even improved the effectiveness of our dishwasher and washing machine!

He trouble shot complications with the gas line to my old hot water heater (not being valved, so he installed one) and repaired the concrete that was crumbling around the exhaust vent, saving us from carbon monoxide poisoning.
