Tyson and Sean are excellent in their assessment of repair needs, fairness in pricing, and speed and accuracy in the work being completed. I'm so happy! What's better than honesty, integrity, knowledge? Don't hesitate. You might find cheaper quotes but take it from me... the work will be inferior. You get what you pay for!!!... and with LB&D you get experienced workmen and professional accurate work! I'm quite sure the repairs on many items they fixed in our home will last for many, many years. They left the work areas totally clean with nothing for me to pick up after they were finished. Truly incredible!!!!!

The repair job was started and finished on schedule that made me happy because I did not have to wait. I know that I am very picky but I wish that the front of the step could have been a little better. Overall they did a good job and I would hire them again. I would also recommend them to friends.

We have a number of projects at our condo community. Tyson and Sean Lane both visited and scoped out and priced all projects. They also gave us valued added comments on other matters and went way beyond their mandate to provide timely and sufficient information. We need to understand what work a new customer wants completed, what there expectation are for the project then advise if necessary.

Are workers have no less then 20 yrs experience in the construction Industry.
I attended S. East Career Center for carpentry. Graduated top of the school.
Lived in Sweden for one yr studying and working in the construction industry on residential and commercial applications. I have 27 yrs experience working on residential remodels renovations and commercial projects of all sorts
How did you get started doing this type of work?
You could say it's a family affair. I Learned from my dad.
Building things came naturally
and I enjoyed it. Then I started learning about architecture.
Then it wasn't just a box I could make functional art.
