- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have been doing a lot of complete packages for our customers. Which includes Window cleaning, roof cleaning, siding cleaning, and driveway or deck cleaning. This has been very popular do to the fact the discounts for multiple services. We also offer window cleaning packages that includes free interior window cleaning if you book three or more times a year. We always give the best prices along with the the best service!!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking home services it can be confusing on who will give you the best service for the price. Often if they are really cheap in price they dont have the equipment and help to get the job done correctly and on time. If the price is really high they are usaully compensating for really over the top expensive equipment and lacks the personal customer care. At Ball Home Services we provide first and most the customer care. Our pricing is fair and competitive and we practice what we preach.
