Gem city plumbers is a fantastic company. Nathan knew how to solve my problem and get my plumbing back up and running after my water heater went out. Nathan was very professional and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. The best part is he never once tried to up sell me on stuff and just gave it to me straight. Their prices were very fair compared to plumbers l've used in the past.I will definitely be calling them in the future for any of my plumbing needs! Thank you Gem City Plumbers!

We offer upfront pricing on most all projects! send us a photo and call to chat about details and we can get you a quote! We accept credit cards with no additional processing fees. Senior and military discounts available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We gather some basic contact info, and a few details for their particular job then either provide a quote if we are able to quote virtually from photos or we will schedule a tech to come out if it needs assessed in person first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
