The owner was the person who reached out to me right away and guided me through the steps to try to identify the problem. He went back & forth with me for over an hour with texts and via me sending photos. His questions and guidance ended up identifying/remedying the immediate problem, and he stated that he would be available urgently if on site intervention is needed. In 2025, when do you find a new contractor who so quickly gets back to you and spends that amount of time assisting you to identify/solve a problem, while available for further/larger scale assistance if needed? Honestly, it’s so rare I was emotional… isn’t that crazy? JM Water Solutions is now in my contacts in case there is a larger problem behind what I was seeing today, and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who needs any well water services!"See more

I received an email almost immediately from Greg Shannon with his mobile number so that I could call him (again, this was on a Sunday!). We discussed the situation and he came out first thing on Monday morning and assessed the problem. He was fantastic in explaining how the system worked and quickly got the water working for us again. However, there was more work to be done to fix the problem so Greg brought his team onboard. That's where Ben and Umberto came to our rescue.When all was said and done, I was/am very happy with their service, professionalism, and responsiveness which was all delivered at a fair price. Greg, Ben, and Umberto were great to work with. I definitely plan to use them again on maintaining my water system. When you need help with your water system, do yourself a favor and call Westfair!"See more
