After a long search, I’ve found “my guy” for appliance repair!! Roland came out the same day, a Friday, needed a part then came back -the next day- on a SATURDAY and replaced the part. Very affordable. Very very professional and he is THE ONE to call! Trust me. If you need it fixed, this is the guy! A+++ service all around!

Roland quickly identified the root problem with our washer when two previous repairman mis-diagnosed the problem leaving us without a washer for over a month! We ordered the part and Roland promptly installed it, and the washer now runs like new! Roland is our first choice for all appliance repairs now!

Roland was called to diagnose and repair a problem with the baking function on an older Jenn-Aire. He came out within 24 hours and diagnosed the problem with his recommendation for the repair. The part was ordered and installed the day it was delivered. Very professional, good worker and fixed the problem promptly. Saved us money.

Roland did everything we were hoping for - he fixed our dryer on a weekend, right away, and without an up charge for being the weekend. He took the time to describe and explain what he was doing, and what the problem was before fixing it. We were happy with our service.
