What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size of the job, surface type, and level of buildup. I offer free estimates and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for multiple services or repeat customers. My goal is to deliver high-quality results at a fair price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation usually introducing myself naturally letting the conversation take place or on-site estimate to understand your needs.
