- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Diagnostic on every computer that comes in the door! On Saturday we run a special flat rate of $70, for any software troubles you might have :) Hardware Repairs are (cost of hardware + $70 install fee) Any day of the week. Standard Weekly (Tues - Fri) Flat Service Rate is $125
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We ask you questions 2. you ask us questions 3. We Free Diag the computer 4. you tell us whether or not you want it fixed 5. if you want it fixed, we fix it, we fix it right and we get it back to you asap. 6. we tell you thank you for bringing your problems to us :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Net X Employees are Certified and Trained extensively before working on any customers systems.
