- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule an in person meeting as soon as possible to look at the project area. After that we try to have an estimate to the client within three hours, and should they accept the estimate we try to have the project completed within 7-10 days.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Give lots of details about exactly what you want and what concerns you have. We want you to be happy and communication is top priority.
