- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on your floor’s size, condition, and chosen coating system. We offer free on-site estimates, and every quote is itemized with no surprise fees. We also offer seasonal and referral discounts. Cash, check, and Apple Cash have no added fees, while credit cards and other payment methods may include small processing fees. Financing options are available too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick call or text to learn about your space, what you’re hoping for, and your budget. From there, we either give you a ballpark or schedule an on-site visit to inspect the concrete, take measurements, go over flake/finish options, and explain the prep and installation process so you know exactly what to expect. If you prefer, we can handle as much as possible over the phone first to be sure the cost and process are a fit before we come out. We also offer evening and some weekend estimate times to better fit your schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in flooring for over 17 years with a strong focus on high-performance concrete coatings for garages, patios, basements, and commercial spaces. In that time, I’ve personally coated more than 1.5 million square feet of concrete. For the past 4 years I’ve owned and operated Revolutionary Floor Coatings, where I still handle the prep and installation myself—from grinding and repairs to moisture mitigation, flake, metallic, and high-wear topcoats. Most of my training is hands-on in the field, backed by ongoing product and safety trainings from our suppliers.
