Introduction: I have experienced the frustration of becoming unfit and since 2010 have lost over 100 pounds using the same fitness principles that I will teach my clients. I have worked with Ed since October and it has been a wonderful, positive experience. He is always on time, prepared with a challenging workout plan, lots of encouragement, and provides variety with each new week to keep it interesting for me. I would highly recommend him to help you meet your goals! He is enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Ed was wonderful to work with. I have several neurological/balance issues that make exercising difficult for me. Prior to starting, Ed sat down with me and listened to what I had to say and developed a workout plan that fit within my limitations. During the training sessions, Ed was patient and encouraging. Ed is the first trainer that I've worked with that made me feel comfortable and safe. I would recommend him to anyone, especially those who are struggling with physical issues.
