We handle a wide range of handyman projects for both residential and commercial properties, including:

- Residential Move-in/move-out and new-construction cleaning
We take the time to do the job correctly and don’t leave until you’re satisfied. There is a $75 service fee to visit your property and visually inspect the issue; this fee is not waived.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set by the job, not hourly wages
There is a service fee $80 for me to come out for any assistance you may need.
There will be a $25 cancelation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great customer service first. Find out the needs of the customer with open conversation, see if that job falls under the services that I provide and make arrangements to complete the job if payment is agreed upon first.
