- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set by the job, not hourly wages There is a service fee $80 for me to come out for any assistance you may need. There will be a $25 cancelation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Great customer service first. Find out the needs of the customer with open conversation, see if that job falls under the services that I provide and make arrangements to complete the job if payment is agreed upon first.
