I was interested in getting a ladder installed. Russ was very personal, nice & honest. He was very honest about what installing the ladder would take. At the end we decided not to have it done. But because he was so honest & fair we are going to have him redo our bathrooms! Definitely recomend.

They did a great job leveling a floor and putting in new tile. When there was a problem with one of the tiles, they took it out and fixed it. It was very easy to work with them. They always came on the day they said they would, either on time or with an hr of the time (I’ve hired people who don’t show up on the day they are supposed to) and they texted if they were running late. The job went over schedule and budget, but that was because the house is old and it was hard to determine exactly what was needed before taking out the existing floor. It was easy to talk to Jonathan about adding the new work and new costs to the project. I would hire them again.

I had creaky floors in my bedroom that were really irritating me and I called Russ. Not only did he offer to come the next day, he showed up early AND used the method I suggested which I do appreciate. It got the job done for the most part but he's coming back to fix one more area after I brought it to his attention. His prices are more than fair and I plan to use him consistently moving forward! I'm impressed!
