The workers showed at the time I requested, unloaded, and went right to work.
I requested they begin cleaning the carpet in a specific room and they agreed. Also, there was rust on a couple of places on the carpet and they checked with me to make sure I wanted them to continue or try a different type of cleaning.
The carpet looks great! What a difference clean carpet makes!!
I intend to have them back within the next few weeks to clean the upstairs carpet and an older chair.
I highly recommend them.
