- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are just getting back into cleaning business, So we are willing to work with you to come up with the perfect plan for your family and ours. Dont be afraid to ask us for anything. Worst case all we do is say" NO" and try to point you in good direction, But first we will do our best to just say "WE SURE CAN" or "WE WOULD LOVE TO"
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really prefer an Supervisor to come in person quickly to take notes and fill out a report, or even do a walk thru via video call. (Not required) We've found in past that its more simple trying to give quote after seeing thee project first hand. It much more easy to determine and accurate price range seeing projects first hand. Also help decide which specific level of services will fit your house and family best! This is where you can tell us exactly what your looking to have done. Feel free to ask as many questions as you would like or let us know any specifics or special instructions/requests. Not to mention this help is give you the very best price we possibly can along with enhancing communication for the beginning. WE DO UNDERSTAND NOT ALL SITUATIONS ARE THE SAME. Therefore this is not a must. That’s why we offer video chat or even calls/message with as much detail as possible. But please understand if we give a out-of-home quote its subject to change. Although its not to often. When its has been done its not to much and usually very minimal We try our very best to give accurate quotes either way so we don't run into that situation.

Between Us two younger and or newer business owners we have over 10 years combined!
