Our experience with Sam at R&D was great. He was quick to answer messages, give us quotes for repairing our roof and lawn maintenance for next season, and very friendly. It took just a few minutes for him to repair the roof and he took photos showing us the damage and after the repair. We'll definitely be in touch for repairing more once Spring comes. Thank you for being so fast to repair our roof! Highly recommended!

Sam and his dad are great! They installed our fence quickly and we're willing to go above and beyond to help us. They even picked up the materials for us and delivered them to our house. Highly recommended R&D for any housing project you may have, and we will absolutely be using them again for any future projects!

R&D Property Services is a family owned business and for my money they treated us like family. I am very impressed with their work quality and professionalism. We needed a new fence and a screened porch addition. This was a challenging project. Sam offered good insight and worked side by side with us to deliver the project we wanted. I highly recommend R&D Property services. And will use them again.

My husband and I had a couple rooms painted, a wall repair, a ceiling water damage repair, and a sink installation. Everyone we worked with was so kind and respectful. They were always on time and communicated with my husband and I very step of the way. The job they did was amazing. I added on services midway through with no hassle and quick turn time. I changed paint color for one room with no grief. They did all the little extras to make us thrilled. Even did a few paint touch ups we didn't even request. For the ceiling repair, they went out of their way to match the paint color on our ceiling that was painted in the 1990's - it looks amazing! We've already asked for another estimate for another job. Will be hiring them again. Reasonable price and excellent services!! You won't go wrong!
