Find out how long they have been doing this line of work, if they are insured and bonded, and get references. Make sure they explain the care of your landscape and your hardscapes.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Get several quotes and ask lots of questions. This is a major investment in your property. I usually recommend three quotes and make sure they are getting quotes on what they want. Many times I have listened to a customer and seen a quote from another company that isn't at all what they are telling me they want.
