- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only difficulty we've experienced with pricing online, is when we quote a job without personally seeing the property. Fencing can become an issue if there are small gates leading to the backyard. Sometimes customers have smaller gates and we're forced to push-mow the entire backyard. Depending on the size of the yard, that can be an increase in the total price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Cut, trim and blow each property. Make sure the yard is well groomed and looks great. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a ton of experience with lawn service through my years of growing up. Now I apply my experience to my own company to help provide for my young growing family.
