We charge by the hour so that we can provide as much or as little service as you like and or budget for. But we have only your description and or photos by wich to make our ESTIMATE. There for an accurate description of the scope of work is critical. You are the boss and we work for you. We will happily do as much or as little of your job as you like. The job in question was a medical officer and it was in a state of disarray. While it was partially packed there was a great deal of loose stuff along with poorly packed boxes. We consolidated as much as we could do prevent damage to the fixture and inventory that we moved. The gentleman that scheduled the job was not present for the work so perhaps there was some breakdown in communication. In all truth, the job went smoothly and well, as he stated above. It just takes longer than it otherwise would if we have to pack and deal with loose items.
