- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do a verity of work which makes it hard to pin point any one pricing system. I give discounts to the elderly and churches. Sometimes I will share my material discount with the customer on large jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to listen to the customer and give suggestions as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of hands on experience and I've had some good teachers.
